Response Interruption and Redirectionにスクリプトを付加した介入による自閉スペクトラム症児の独語行動の減少効果と保護者による適用可能性

Published in 行動分析学研究, 2022

Summary

This study examined the effects of an intervention combining Response Interruption and Redirection (RIRD) with script presentation on reducing solitary speech behavior in a child with autism spectrum disorder. The study also evaluated whether the procedure could be applied by a caregiver.

The study contributes to the Supporting and Autism Support lines by examining how a behavior-analytic intervention can be arranged in a form that is applicable in everyday family contexts. It also highlights parent-mediated implementation as an important condition for translating intervention procedures into practical support.
